The Beauty of Grace
Into the depths of your infinite heart
There’s no body there, in this space, this experience
Nothing is here but the beauty of grace
Encapsulating his gentle magnificence
Grounding me deeply in gravity’s faith
There’s water that flows from an infinite well
Bubbles up from the centre of all that you are
It courses through memories, cleanses destruction
And clears away all that was rotting and dark
The wounds that are opened are here blessed to heal
And the fortitudes gone that I wielded apart
But the one overriding experience I have
Is the deep comfort dwelling in depths of your heart
A certainty reigns which is all overarching
Allowing the centre to drop and to stay
In safety eternal that holds in its hands
And delivers each instant the beauty of grace
The certainty that your true heart is availing
To all that traverse every difficult clime
To find themselves here, in the end, in your wholeness
Your heart, your deliverance, far out of time
