I’m trying this out here! In the summer of 2022 I started a meditation and poetry website, which I didn’t get very far with. However, it’s an incredibly joyful practice for me to write guided meditations! I recently revisited the website and realised it might be fun to publish them on Medium.

If you like meditation, especially guided meditation, you might enjoy exploring this series of posts. Or if you’re looking for healing, physical, mental or emotional, you may find something useful here.

The meditations can be read, and received on a ‘reading’ level, or they can be practiced and experienced.

No previous exposure to meditation is necessary, however, this introduction outlines my philosophy and experience, so you may want to read this before you try one of the practices.
